At 70 Degree Solutions, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that there might be circumstances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for such cases, in accordance with the norms set by the Government of India.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation by Customer:

Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order with  cancellation fee of 30% of the order value will be applicable plus taxes on original invoice amount. 

If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours no refund will be applicable.

Order Cancellation by 70 Degree Solutions:

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will initiate a full refund to the customer.

Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility:

Customers can request a refund in the following cases:

The product or service or document received is damaged and or not opened.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product or availing the service.

Refund Process:

Customers need to contact our customer support team to initiate a refund request. We may require photographic evidence of the issue.
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

If only a portion of the order is eligible for a refund, we will provide a partial refund for that portion.

Exceptions:

Customized or personalized products/services that are specially made based on customer requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless they are found to be defective or not as described.

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, our cancellation and refund policy may be subject to change.
